We are an enterprising charity that helps people who have faced difficulties to make positive changes to their lives in order for them to find and thrive in employment.
Our learning journey makes it possible for people to combine personal development with work-based training and experience leading to vocational qualifications. Our Brokerage team helps people gain employment or further training and our 'In Touch' team provides support when people have moved on from Training For Life.
We deliver our learning journeys from Prospect Centres. Each Prospect Centre engages with its local community to meet labour market needs. A Prospect Centre is a social business and also contains a specific social enterprise developed with corporate partners. Prospect Centres enable people to have more satisfying and rewarding experiences in work and at home.

Free training for those working in an SME in the following boroughs: Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon and Hounslow ? leading to iTQ levels 1 and 2 We offer courses for the unemployed . . . ? ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence) training ? Street Sport (this programme is designed to improve employability and to support progression into further education, training or work. ? Future Focus Sport (for careers in the fitness industry) ? Hoxton Brokerage (job brokerage service offering free jobsearch and training for anyone interested in working within the hospitality or catering industry) ? Hoxton Apprentices (hospitality training at our social enterprise restaurant - "The Hoxton Apprentice", leading to NVQ level 2) ? CISCO Systems Network Academy offering training in IT Essentials I and II ? Free computer courses for women only to empower women to create their own path to develop and sustain careers in the IT industry ? ESOL training ?
