Would not use again!
We requested a pickup from Heathrow Airport. We were driving down from Manchester, and dropping off a rental car. However we met some traffic enroute and knew we could not make the 5pm pickup time. We called them at 2:45 pm (over two hours in advance!), and told them to change the time to 6pm. However, they still charged us one hour's waiting time. We would definitely not use them again... there are other taxi services that are better (we used www.justairports.com -- cheaper and excellent service!).
