They installed the wrong worktop in our house. Initially, this did not seem to big a problem, because they immediately accepted responsibility and promised to replace it with the agreed colour. After three months of stringing us along (and lying about supplier insolvencies etc), they suddenly refused to replace it and asked us to pay again for the new worktop. We have had months of dealy and now have to take them to court in order to get the worktop we had originally agreed.
Be very careful and get everything in writing from these guys - you may have to resort to lawyers! They have lied to us and refuse to honor any verbal agreements.
Don't get me wrong, the Siematic kitchen itself is of good quality and looks quite nice - just dealing with Mayfield Design has been a nightmare.
