About Us

HOW JKA CAN HELP YOU Whether you are a UK employer wanting to employ a migrant worker or an individual wanting to move to or remain in the UK, we can help. For many, one of the UK governments new 5 Tier Points Based System (PBS) would be suitable; the PBS is introducing a number of changes for non-EEA migrants wanting to work or study in the UK. * Tier 1 - for highly skilled individuals, graduates, investors or entrepreneurs * Tier 2 - for employer sponsored employment * Tier 3 - for low skilled work (introduction suspended) * Tier 4 - for full time students * Tier 5 - for young temporary workers and sportspeople We offer a client-focused service tailored to your requirements for whichever Tier is appropriate for you, whether you are an individual, a small company or a multi-national, we can help. For employers we can assist with all PBS Sponsor Licence, Certificate of Sponsorship and all other immigration needs. For those for whom a PBS application is not appropriate we can offer consultations and assistance with all other UK related immigration matters (other than asylum). With higher government fees for many applications, mistakes can be costly; you can reduce the risk with our no win no fee policy. For individuals we can provide a service from a single consultation through to preparing a full application for any UK related immigration status including application based on the rights of European Economic Area (EEA) citizens and their family. At the outset we will assess each application, advising you how we can help and of any potential problems that might arise. Our initial assessment by telephone or email is free. We can advise you on a consultancy basis or offer full representation, where possible. Full representation means we will: advise you fully on the application; prepare and submit the application to the Home Office or UK Border Agency; deal with the government department throughout the process until the application has been completed; provide a follow-up service to advise on further applications to remain in the UK. For employers we can organize immigration and work permit seminars, compliance audits and surgeries advising on all aspects of immigration and work permit procedures for both employers and employees. We guarantee to provide a professional, efficient and personal service at all times. Jones Kelleher & Associates offer fair and honest advice regarding all aspects relating to UK immigration issues at genuinely competitive prices.
