I frequent the one in Westbourne Grove. It is pricey, indeed, to get ALL your food shopping there, but a good mix between the basics from the usual large supermarkets and just produce - or specific items - from F&W, and your tastebuds/body will thank you. Your partner/date may do too! :)

Food here is a different class

If you live nearby this shop, you'll be there at least once a week, if not you should just try and do your food shopping for the week, then taste the difference! - the quality of food in this shop is amazing. Normally independant organic shops are small + pokey and poorly stocked - Fresh and Wild is more like a tesco-metro sized store with plenty of options, along with specialist items you'd never find in a "high street" supermarket. Theres always a bunch of specialist meats or cheeses to try, some are locally produced too. You won't know until you try. Only downside is, can be a little on the pricey side - but you get what you pay for.
