RATHER THAN HELP TENANTS IN DESTRESS THEY DONT RETURN CALLS,WRITE BACK AND WHEN YOU DO FINALLY GET TO WHOM IS SUPPOSED TO DEAL WITH YOU IN THE 1ST PLACE THEY GIVE YOU BAD ADVICE BECAUSE THEY CANT BE BOTHERED TO DEAL WITH YOU BECAUSE ITS FRIDAY AND ITS THEM BUYING 1SY ROUNDS AT THE PUB. THIS COMPANY HAS SERIOUS MALADMINISTRATION ISSUES THAT NEED TO BE DEALT WITH AS IM READY TO GOTO COURT

I am a leaseholder on an estate managed by these half-wits. Word of advice - expect nothing for your service charge and you won't be dissapointed. I cannot think of a single time when they have done anything to help me. Everything is an uphill struggle that eventually ends in you wanting to stab needles in your eyes rather than ever have to deal with them again. Complete and utter tossers.
