  About Town normally service my Deauville, do my MOTs etc. Over the last couple of years I have found their service, can do attitude, flexibility and all round helpfulness everything I could ask for. The other day my headlights failed. I turned up outside About Town at about 5 pm and Marcek immediately stopped what he was doing to help. Unable to fix the fault immediately, he was at least able to jury rig my headlights to allow me to get home. At the same time I booked my 28K mile service for 2 days later. My schedule having changed I turned up the day before at around lunch time and asked if I could leave the bike with them which they seemed happy to do. By this time the job list had expanded to include fitting a new clutch. On the day the service was booked for, to my surprise I received a call to say I could collect the bike. I had fully expected them to need extra time to sort out an electrical fault and clutch especially so knowing this was a busy period for them. Many thanks to Mike, Marcek and Anna for their Excellent service.

  Speak to Anna and Mike if you need a great, well maintained bike and excellent, prompt and responsive customer service. We hired three bikes over a 5 week period and couldn't have been happier and had good sticky rubber for the Italian mountain passes.

• I wouldn't go anywhere else

  I used to use Allabouttown as it was the most convenient place close to home. Now I have moved i still make the trek over there as I wouldn't trust anyone else. Good honest advise and professional service run by really nice helpful people.

• The best in London

  searched far and wide for bike rental and found abouttown to be the best service, best bikes and most of all so helpful. had the bike a honda ps for over 2 months. very easy to hire from always a phone call away and will help you no end to make sure you have an enjoyable riding and hiring experience. owner is a fantastic guy who is very customer driven.

• Awesome experience!

  I rented a BMW F650GS for three weeks and did over 5,000 km on it - never had a problem with it, their bikes are exceptional and service second to none. I did enquire round a number of bike hire companies in London before hiring, they were the best in getting back to me in a timely, informative fashion. Would (and have) recommend them to anyone.

• Fantastic Service!!

  We had a great time touring Europe and the bikes were all new and ran perfect. The staff at About Town were very friendly and helpful,they even arranged accomodation for us which was also perfect. Overall an excellent service Highly recommended !!
