Oh dear! We have obviously annoyed someone and deeply regret this. On the contrary, we are prepared to rectify whoever we have displeased and are sincerely dedicated to be terrific to all our callers and customers to the best of our ability. After all, this is one of the most important reasons for being in business! We tried to get TouchLocal to arrange for us to contact AP without success. I do not see where we say 20 staff on our website when we currently have 11. How can we operate such a business with only 2 staff? Why should we get told off or hide that we are a partnership. Is that not good? We should be more reliable as we are not a limited company. We would prefer not to wash dirty linen in public but are happy to do so if AP would please respond here, by email, fax or post. Better still let us please meet for lunch. Alan Neil
Having visited their website, spoken to them on many occasions and bought a business through them, I cannot fault this bunch although I think their website looks a bit dated but their service seems to more than compensate.
I will be selling one day and guess who I will hire. I have found that buying a business can be a minefield but these guys know what they are doing.
