    I have been going to princess nails for years. Most people have. It's good value (basic manicure - £12) with lots of technicians so it's relatively easy to get an appt (need to book in evenings and weekends). My only annoyance is the language used by the key employees - even whilst with you they have a conversation, I think in vietnamese, which I find not only rude, but absolutely awful customer service.
