• Fantastic personal shopping and styling service

  I am so pleased with the styling service that I received from Busting Diva. I learnt so much about my owm personal style, what I should avioid wearing and what shapes flatter my figure. I had clothes in my wardrobe that I didn't wear, although I liked them I couldn't figure out why I never felt entirely comfortable when I'd slip them on. I now know, all because Busting Diva figured it out for me. I have de-cluttered my wardrobe and I couldn't be happier! I wear colours which suit me and I have saved so much money. I now buy an item not only because i like it but because I like it and most importantly it suits me. Even my partner has noticed the difference!!! Would recommend their styling and shopping services to everyone! Thank you Busting Diva!

  It's strange reading bad reviews about your business, especially when you try so hard to offer good customer service - which we certainly did for Jaime G. In fact it was his fiance who used our service so we were a bit confused why it was he who wrote the review. I might also add that the stylist we sent ordinarily receives excellent feedback so it was a shock to receive this from Jaime G. So I feel it's only fair we reply... We truly did try to offer Jaime G's fiance a great service and are sorry he feels she did not receive this. We offered her a follow up experience to try to right what she felt was wrong but she chose not to use this. As a result Jaime tried to blackmail us if we did not refund his money, which I'm guessing the above review is a result of. What baffles us is, if they had such a negative experience, why wait six months to complain? It makes it extremely hard to work out all the facts and right what they felt was wrong. We do not send spam emails. We send occasional (usually one a month) e-Letters which contain updates, helpful tips and hopefully a little light relief. These can be viewed on our website. Finally, the stylist certainly did take her own make-up, we know this to be a fact because Jaime himself actually knocked some of it on the floor and more or less destroyed it! The offer of the follow up service to Jaime G's now-wife should she ever wish to use it.

• What an awful waste of money.... And appalling customer service!

  I used this service to buy a bithday gift for my partner. I ended up spending almost £500 to buy her several hours of their "wardrobe warrier" service as well as some time in Central London with a Personal Shopper. However as we are getting married this year my partner thought it would be nice to change the services she used to ones themed around the wedding - such as make up advice, hair and bridal styling. The company seemed very helpful in arranging such service. However (there was always a "but" coming!) the lady who cam round to do the make up was next to useless. Half way through two of the stylings she admited "oh dear I have got this all wrong, it looks awful". The three hair styles she tried on my partner were messy and useless. And the bridal styling advice turned out to be a cut and paste job from the internet of "if you are this shape then this style of dress would suit you". In discussions before the appointment my partner had specifically indicated that she did not need "her colours doing" or advice on dress types. What did she get? Lots of both.... So we decided to put it down to experience.... Until every week we got spam emails from Busting Diva. So we asked to be removed from the mailing list and when asked why explained that we were very unhappy with the service. This started a chain of emails where increasingly Busting Diva made excuses and eventually (ah the beauty of customer service par excellence) started to blame us (the customer) for the experience going wrong. So simply put, we paid £500 for an incompetent stylist to visit our house and use my partners' own make up (did not bring her own products!), and then to be insulted by the company when we tried to provide polite and honest feedback. Contrast this to the stylist we are booking for the wedding, an experienced and highly recommended lady, who is charging less than Busting Diva, providing all the make up, and doing so for Bride, Bride's mother and Bridegrooms.... Simply put Busting Diva = a huge waste of money..... Beware!!
