Land at Sewards End in Essex is being sold by a company called Glenridge Estates. Plots are being offered at £25,000. There is no planning permission and no hope of planning permission. The local Council will not allow any change at all. So purchase of this land is a waste of money. If any building starts, the local residents will probably torch it! There is a history of this type of activity in the area.
