I have used this garage now for 2 years (for both my car and my husbands) and I have found the service to be efficient and reliable. On two occassions I have asked whether specific work needed to be done and was advised against on the grounds of cost. So far from the garage making money from unnecessary work they saved me money. I simply cannot account for the experience of the previous reviewer, I would certainly only go on using a garage that I had the utmost confidence in and this garage has done good work for me.

I'm afraid I'm very disappointed in Worthington Jeffs. An elderly relative, a pensioner, used them recently for an MOT & Service against my advice and yet again I've been proved right, they are not to be trusted. He was firstly advised that the CAM belt would most likely need changing, which I ensured him if he looked in his records it had been changed recently, so don't fall for that one. But they still managed to catch him on a desperately needed new exhaust. He didn't need a new exhaust and since when have silencers on an exhaust had anything to do with an emissions failure on the MOT test. He is now £400 out of pocket. Shame on your Worthington Jeffs. He has learnt his lesson but how many other poor targets will learn the hard way.
