Reliable....
I recently went onto google and typed cheap taxis in london and this company popped up. The link took me straight to a quote page and i received a quote instantly. It was by far the cheapest quote i had received. I even got to choose my music preference. Excellent service.
Who knows...
I tried to book a car with this company but the person that took the call had such poor English that he thought I wanted a job as a driver! So, who knows whether they're reliable as a car company from a consumer standpoint -- from a customer service standpoint they're hopeless.
