I had a facial and a pedicure here, the facial was lovely however the pedicure was atrocious, my six month old child could have made a better job of painting my toenails. I complained and was given the opportunity to have another pedicure at my convenience (I explained it was actually quite inconvenient as I would need to find childcare). A couple of months later I arranged for someone to look after the baby, went back to the spa and wanted to upgrade the pedicure to a facial and pay the difference, simple enough you would think except with confusion over the booking I found out AFTER the treatment that this was 'against company policy'(why!!??) and had to pay the full £53 for the facial GRRRRR!!!! I want to complain but I just keep being referred to 'head office' who I assume is Lesley Green herself? who can't be contacted directly and won't respond to messages. I have been trying for weeks to speak to someone without avail. I feel like I've spent a lot of money at this spa and been treated very poorly. Poor value for money, poor treatment and TERRIBLE customer care.
