Fulham Football Club is an English professional football team based in South West London, currently playing in the Premier League. Founded in 1879, Fulham are the oldest professional football team in London, playing at the historic Craven Cottage. In 1975, they contested the FA Cup final for the only time in their history. They qualified for the UEFA Cup in 2002 by winning the Intertoto Cup, and for the new Europa League in 2009, following their highest-ever finish in the top-flight, 7th.
